Тут не просто ливер, тут кто-то вышел в самом начале матча, судя по надписи match is cancelled. Скорее всего, какой-то баг, что игрока не выкинуло из отмененного матча. Сама гифка вот отсюда, тут комментируют этот баг.

Да тут вся рейтинговая система - сплошной баг. Нужно командный рейтинг делать, для зарегистрированных команд (типо как в LoL) и личный рейтинг, а не это дерьмище, когда из-за ливеров или долбаёбов в рандомной тиме твой рейтинг сливается в дно и тебе начинают попадаться ещё более днищенские группы и ещё больше ливеров, можешь играть как бог, но хуй выберешься из этой жопы.
