Nian: Cinder was the codename for the Higashi Draco who bridged ties between Higashi and the rest of Terra through her work. Her wild demeanor and chaotic nature was unique for Catastrophe Messengers who were mostly sombre and highly professional. Some say she died shielding her other fellow messengers from gunfire. Others say she's living out a quiet life doing message deliveries between Higashi landship prefectures.
