In the video, the man is ex-deputy of Ukraine (Illia Kyva https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Illia_Kyva).
He states that president Zelensky "sold" Ukraine and already left the country.
This is obviously a false statement, without any supporting evidence.
Using this lie he advocates siding the Russians in Russo-Ukrainian War. Thus terrorism promotion since Russia started the unjustified invasion of Ukraine and commits war crimes.
