Solar Dome - Atlantis Eagle-Light Rocket

Earth is in dire danger due to global warming, with sea levels rising at an alarming rate. 
Fundedby unknown sources, the Atlantis Space Center has proposed a grand plan
to tackle the issue: constructing a massive mirror in space to deflect sunlight and cool down the Earth.
They named it the Solar Dome Project.
